If your home is furnished...

1.Initial Staging Consultation
We will come to your home and conduct a thorough walk-through with the
owner, starting from curbside and ending in the attic! The owner will receive
staging advice, and can either take detailed notes or receive a written report
of the recommendations.

2. Home Improvements
The homeowner will implement these improvements (such as paint color,
furniture placement, packing).

3. Hands-on Staging
Once the homeowner has completed his improvements, we will return to the
home and conduct the hands-on staging. This may entail minor furniture
rearranging and adding accessories.

If your home is vacant...

We supply all the furniture and accessories necessary to give your home a
designers look. These items are rented on a monthly basis.
