This is how we work...

1.Initial Staging Consultation
We will come to your home and conduct a thorough walk-through with the
owner, starting from curbside and ending in the attic! The owner will receive
staging advice, and can either take detailed notes or receive a written report
of the recommendations.

2. Home Improvements
The homeowner will implement these improvements (such as paint color,
furniture placement, packing).

3. Hands-on Staging
Once the homeowner has completed his improvements, we will return to the
home and conduct the hands-on staging. This may entail minor furniture
rearranging and adding accessories.

If you're not moving, or have moved to your new home in
the area...
We will help you with furniture placement and add decorative elements to
give your home a designer's touch.
