home by using our skills and creativity to help maximize the profits on what is
generally their biggest investment. By working closely with the real estate
agent and the seller, we will identify the target audience and merchandise the
home so it appeals to many prospective buyers, increasing the probability of

Donna Caselden - President and Principal Real Estate Stager
Born and raised in Andover, Massachusetts Donna received a Bachelor of
Arts degree in economics from Boston College, then pursued a career in
the advertising industry. After taking time off to raise her family, Donna
decided to follow her passion for interior design and real estate. After
studying interior design at the Boston Architectural College, she began her
new venture Staged for Sale. She is an Accredited Staging Professional
and belongs to the International Association of Home Staging
Professionals. Donna and her family have made North Andover their home

Carol Andre - Real Estate Staging Associate
Carol currently resides in Andover, Massachusetts with her husband and two
daughters. Carol is most appreciated for her organizational sense, and is
passionate about sharing her ideas with our clients. Carol has been working
with Donna for the past year, combining her love for decorating with her
background in business.

Rosemary Horava - Real Estate Staging Assistant
Rosemary brings a combination of creativity and enthusiasm to our
workplace. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College, she
pursued a career in Education. She currently resides in Medway, MA with her
husband and two teenage daughters.

Teresa Prencipe - Real Estate Staging Assistant
Teresa comes to us with a BA in Fine Arts with a concentration in theatre,
specifically costume design, prop management and set execution. She
knows the importance of presentation and is thrilled to put her experiences
to use with us at Staged for Sale.

Barbara Grant - Real Estate Staging Assistant
Barbara lives in Boxford, MA in an antique house that she and her husband
renovated and have lived in for 20 years with their three children. She graduated
from Trinity College in Hartford, CT with a degree in French, and lived in France
where she studied art history at the Louvre. After pursuing a career in
international banking and raising her children, she became a docent at the
Peabody-Essex Museum in Salem, MA where she gives tours to students of all
ages. She has always enjoyed interior design and the transforming effect it can
have on a home, and loves applying her knowledge to homes that are for sale.
