Staged for Sale took on a tough assignment when they recently
staged our empty contemporary home for sale! We had previously
tried to sell the home without success,  were in the middle of a very
challenging market, and had moved all of our belongings to our new
home. Unfazed, Donna and Carol quickly sized up the home and its
unique benefits and drawbacks. They installed amazingly
appropriate contemporary furniture which showcased the unique
rooms and layout,all the while reminding us to " replace that bulb,
clean out that fireplace,add colorful plants at the door." AND also
advising us when NOT to spend lots of money, such as in replacing
kitchen counters. Their practical advice was right on, and their fee
extremely reasonable. Brokers who attended the open house were
very impressed with their work, especially those who remembered
the home from before, and commented that their staging was
unique, and fresh, compared to local stagers in the area. We
successfully sold our home in a week to a very qualified buyer, and
